- Serviced June 2024: Serviced June 2024: Removed/washed/inspected the bearings and races. All were in good condition except the front/left/inner. Those were replaced. All packed with fresh grease and installed with new seals. The brakes were cleaned and inspected. Installed 2 new magnet clips. Once all were cleaned, they all worked great. Inspected tires. Replaced one as it had been driven on flat. All others in excellent condition and aired to 97 psi. Inspected the suspension. Welded the catch bar on the rear hanger, the remainder of the suspension looks good. Next, inspected the lights. Rodents had chewed wires, so we replaced wires and removed scotch locks. All lights are working. Inspected ramps and everything looked good. We replaced the break-away battery as it would not charge. The trailer is ready to go!
