My friend's internet is back. He's so glad the outage ended much earlier than the 36 hours earlier announced by #PLDT. Although i think it is wishful thinking, he hopes internet outages like this are not going to happen again.

Our internet and landline went down last Sunday. We reported it to @PLDTHome Monday and was given a commitment time of 36 hours. It's been almost a week and still no service, no update, no repair. Ano na @PLDT_Cares ?
