Australian Ethical are excited to announce the appointment of Richard Brandweiner CFA as an Executive Director to the Board of Australian Ethical Investment Limited (AEI), effective 1 September 2024.Commenting on his appointment, Mr Brandweiner said, "I am very much looking forward to working with the Board and management team to make an ongoing positive difference to members, clients and the world more broadly."Richard has an almost thirty-year track record in investment, superannuation and impact investing including as former CEO of Pendal Australia and CIO of First State Super (now Aware Super). He is also currently Chair of Impact Investing Australia and on the Investment Committee of the Northern Territory Aboriginal Investment Corporation.Chair Steve Gibbs added "The AEI Board are delighted to have the benefit of Richard's deep domestic and international experience, as we further accelerate both our growth and our impact."

Exciting times at the recent Philanthropy Australia conference in Adelaide! Our Head of Distribution, Leah Willis, alongside a panel of industry experts across the investment chain and not-for-profit sector led an engaging session on "Climatelensinvesting: how can it deliver more impact and less risk?".
